New Papworth Hospital, Cambridge, for the Papworth NHS Foundation Trust. The 40,000sqm New Papworth Hospital will provide 310 beds, seven operating theatres and five catheterisation labs. The campus aims to bring together world-class biomedical research, patient care and education on a single site. This will be achieved by co-locating bio-tech companies and the 12,000-strong community of healthcare professionals and research scientists. The campus is set to become one of the world’s leading biomedical centres by 2020
