Rapid expansion required a move to business premises. They chose offices and warehouse facilities in Armstrong Road, Basingstoke. The size of these premises signalled Ray and Teresa’s intent and helped shape their Electrical Contracting Company.
Subsequent moves to Hook in Hampshire, and then to the current Head Office in Rutherford Road, Basingstoke, took place as the company expanded nationwide to include regional offices in Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, London, Aberdeen, Heathrow, Avonmouth, and Eastern England (Stansted). Throughout this period of growth, Ray worked very closely with his son, Paul. When Ray retired in September 1998, Paul took on his father’s role.
As Managing Director and majority shareholder, Paul Frewin has guided the company to a turnover that currently exceeds £56m. He has overseen the development and expansion of the company, which is now the largest of its kind in the UK and Europe.
Over the years, many landmark high-profile projects have been completed throughout the UK, thanks to the loyal clients who continue to trust their projects to the company.
