APPRENTICESHIP SCHEME

We can offer several apprenticeships each year which provide the benefits of studying at college on a day / block release basis, and on the job training whilst in full time employment.

A total commitment to becoming a fully qualified electrician is essential as the apprenticeship could take between three and four years to complete. Progression through the scheme is based on individual achievement at each stage.

Our recruitment programme starts during May each year when we look for suitable applicants who have taken and passed the standard industry test conducted by JTL (Joint Training Ltd). Interviews are conducted locally at any one of our eight regional offices throughout the UK.

We also welcome applications directly from individuals seeking an apprenticeship with us. You will be asked to undertake the standard industry test as part of our entry procedure, suitable arrangements will be made through JTL.
