Some Recent Contracts

1. Newcastle Schools Project (various separate schools)
The project, which forms part of the Future Programme, is Newcastle Council's largest ever investment in schools. Some schools will be completely rebuilt and others will be extensively refurbished.

2. Woodhorn Colliery Museum

The new £17 million Woodhorn Colliery Museum houses creative displays telling the story of Northumberland's social history and mining heritage past, as well as state-of-the-art storage and research archives facilities.
Old colliery buildings - some of which are now unique and have Grade 2 or Grade 2* listed building status, have been restored and opened to the public.

3. Hexham Hospital
Hexham Hospital phase 1 redevelopment was completed in 2002 at a cost of £24 million. Work is almost complete on phase 3 of the new hospital.
