Some Recent Contracts

1. Manchester Royal Infirmary
With an overall value of £382 m and a construction period of 5 years, this project includes the demolition of old hospital buildings and the construction of a new main hospital.

2. Burnley Schools
Lancashire County Council’s first-phase PFI project, with a value of £3m, will deliver the first stage of Lancashire’s Building Schools for the Future (BSF) Programme.

3. Piccadilly No’s 4 & 5,  Manchester
Construction of the two final buildings of a phased development.
Both building’s having ground floor retail space, and the whole development is built over a three storey basement car-park.
One a 10 storey apartment building comprising 167 apartments including a proportion of ‘Affordable Housing’
The other being an eight storey office building with 120,000m2 of floor area.
