Some Recent Contracts

1. One Hyde Park Apartments, Central London x
This development is backed by the Prime Minister of Qatar, and comprises a group of four 13-storey residential blocks in Knightsbridge. Property experts claim the apartments are the most expensive in the world, with prices starting at £6.5m for a simple 1 bed flat. Work commenced in January 2007 and was completed in January 2011. Wingate provided all the Temporary Electrical and Plumbing Services throughout the duration of the project.

2. One New Change Shopping Centre, Cheapside, London
London’s newest shopping centre in the heart of the City. Work began in 2007 and is scheduled for completion in 2012. The development of the Cheapside area will see12 new building schemes creating 167 retail units. This is one of the largest consolidated retail spaces in central London. Wingate provided all the Temporary Electrical and Plumbing Services throughout the duration of the project.


3. Skanska - Barts & London Hospitals x
The largest PFI Healthcare Scheme ever to be signed in the UK. When completed this will deliver world-class healthcare to the City of London (£1 billion).
