Some Current and Completed Contracts

1. New Library of Birmingham Project - Construction of a new Central Library for Birmingham being constructed by Carillion.  Project Value is £180m.


2. Stoke BSF Projects - As part of the £250m Stoke BSF Projects we are operational on 6 Balfour Beatty Academy Projects including the Ormiston Horizon Academy; Project Value £22m which is due for completion in mid 2013 and the Brownhills Co-operative Academy; Project Value £23m which was recently handed over.

3. New Pits & Paddock - Silverstone Circuit - Recently Completed.


4. Staffordshire Energy From Waste Project – Construction of new £112m Energy From Waste power plant being constructed by Clugston and CNIM in partnership. The project is due for completion in mid 2013.

5. Featherstone 2 - Recently Completed..

6. Project Fox, Leicester - Construction of major data centres for Santander in Leicester. Being constructed by ISG with a project value of £100m which is due for completion in mid 2013.

7. Post & Mail Building Birmingham - Refurbishment and New Build Project by Balfour Beatty. The first phase of the project which has a project value of £ 20m, encompasses the refurbishment and fit out of the lower levels for Car Parking. The total works which include a new build tower up to 14 stories will have a project value of £90m.

8. Enterprise House Refurbishment, Leicester - Refurbishment of the Enterprise House Building in Leicester. Project Value £15m. The building is being redeveloped from existing hotel and offices into a new student accommodation facility by GB Building. Project will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2013.

9. Birmingham BSF Projects - We have been awarded the Heartlands and Shenley Academy Projects for Lend Lease Ltd.
