1. Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham x
Construction value for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital is approximately £550m.

In addition to the Acute Building (pictured) other significant sites include Speciality Services, South Locality and Showell Green buildings.

Patients will start using the hospital in June 2010 and Sectors 1 & 2 (the first building on the left) are being handed over to the Trust in June 2009.

30 storey hotel building and 50 storey residential building in heart of Birmingham.
