Some Current and Completed Contracts

1. Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham - Successfully Completedx
Construction value for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital was approximately £550m.

In addition to the Acute Building (pictured) other significant sites include Speciality Services, South Locality and Showell Green buildings.

Patients started using the hospital in June 2010 and Sectors 1 & 2 (the first building on the left) were handed over to the Trust in June 2009.

2. New Peterborough Acute Hospital - Recently completed project for Brookfield, approximate construction value of £500m.

3. New Library of Birmingham Project - Construction of a new Central Library for Birmingham being constructed by Carillion.  Project Value is £180m.  Project is due for completion towards the end of 2012.

4. Bournville College Relocation Project - Construction of new Bournville College Campus by Shepherd Construction. Project Value is £66m and it is due for completion in September 2011.

5. Featherstone 2 - Construction of a major new prison development by Kier Construction. Project Value is £150m and is due for completion in early 2012.

6. New Pits & Paddock - Silverstone Circuit - Construction of New Pits and Paddock at the Silverstone Race Circuit being construction by the Buckingham Group due for completion mid 2011.

7. Birmingham BSF Projects - We have just been awarded the Heartlands and Shenley Academy Projects for Lend Lease Ltd which are both due for completion towards the end of 2012.
