Completed Contracts

1. Lilly House, Basingstoke
Replacement of lighting controls to Lilly Pharmaceuticals European HQ offices under contract from Spie Matthew Hall.

2. Project Diamond
Diamond Light Source is a new scientific facility built in South Oxfordshire on the Harwell Chilton science campus. The Diamond synchrotron is the largest UK-funded scientific facility to be built for over 30 years.

3. MoD
Project Allenby/Connaught is a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) accommodation and services project, which will provide modern living and working accommodation for 18,000 military and civilian personnel in the Salisbury Plain and Aldershot Garrisons. This project will significantly and positively affect the lives of nearly 20% of the soldiers in the British Army.
The contract was awarded to Aspire Defence Limited in 2006 and will run over 35 years, Wingate Electrical Plc are providing electrical services to the site during the construction build.x


Mid Contracts

1. Gloucester Quays
A large Shopping Mall and Hotel in the centre of Gloucester being built by Bovis Lend Lease.

2. BskyB Harlequin, Brentford
An extension to Sky Television Studios being built by Bovis Lend Lease.

3. The Atrium – Camberley
The residential, commercial and leisure development that is set to become the most iinspirational and visual landmark in the town.

A combination of new and refurbished office buildings in central Reading being built by Kier.
