Health and Safety
Our operational activities are managed to reduce the accident RISK potential to a minimum for our operatives and anyone who is exposed to our work on site.
Our policy is to ensure that all operatives are technically approved and competent to carry out the tasks assigned to them.
Our Directors are actively involved in the Company’s Safety Management System, and also participate in the safety objectives of our principal clients. These include behavioural safety initiatives such as BAA's SUSA (Safe Acts – Unsafe Acts) Campaign and Terminal 5’s IIF (Injury Incident Free) Campaign.
Our Managers and Employees receive regular in-house and external safety training (e.g. IOSH and CITB) appropriate to our processes which includes specialist training for First Aid, MEWPs, Tower Scaffolds and Confined Spaces.
As deemed appropriate our employees attend specialist safety courses applicable to their work and we continue to report a low accident level. However, we are not complacent and continually strive to ensure that all our employees 'go home safely'.
